To every MLA across Canada: by now you should have read our letter. It asked one simple thing. Read along with us every day at Strategic Crypto Reserve and here on this blog, and then talk to the citizen who wrote it like a person, not like a file or participate in domestic spying and not even have decency to reply.  So after one thing is clear all mla’s want 6 grand a month yet people like myself get 17,000 a year and still have to actually live in the communities they pretend to serve and not financially support.  I suggest getting SCR’s ” Spam TakeDown Service ” if you want to fight crime officially and not be a vigilante about it.  Only $29 dollars a month and well obviously SCR will monitor 5 files for you.

Every day I publish research, news and plain-language analysis, both here and at Strategic Crypto Reserve, where I build the AI Build Configurator and offer licensing for data centre planning software. If you represent people, reading what they actually write and build is part of the job. It costs you ten minutes a day, and you would learn exactly what a constituent is working on instead of guessing.

Elected officials should not take part in domestic spying

An MLA’s office exists to serve the public, not to watch it. Collecting what a citizen says, posts or emails so it can be used against them later is not representation. In my view it is domestic spying, and no MLA in any province should be part of it. If you want to know what I think, read it here. It is all public, and it is all signed with my name.

Anonymous contact will not be tolerated

I sign everything I send. I expect the same back. Anonymous calls, emails and messages meant to pressure, scare or harass someone are not a grey area. Under Canada’s Criminal Code, criminal harassment (section 264) and harassing or false communications (section 372) are offences, and I report them. If you have something to say to me, put your name on it.

The same goes for scams and phishing aimed at my inboxes. We now report and take down phishing and scam emails for anyone who needs it, and you can check whether a website is legit before you trust it.

Reply to the email like a human being

I am asking for an actual reply. Not a form letter, not silence, and not a careful note written to gather information that could later be used in a lawsuit against a citizen. Too often that is what it feels like comes back. An answer should help the person who asked. My contact page is public. Use it.

Seventeen years of looking for a legal way forward in the Comox Valley

I have spent 17 years looking for verifiable, legal business ideas here in the Comox Valley. I have built software, written research and set up a commission-only partner program anyone can join. I am told to work hard. I do. What I have not seen is a single office use its position to improve my standard of living.

Instead, the experience I keep having is the same one I have always had: RCMP attention at times instead of answers, bills left unpaid, and money moving in ways that, in my opinion, deserve the scrutiny of a money-laundering investigation. The selfish one here is not the citizen asking for help. It is the person drawing a full-time public salary who shares nothing with someone who has spent nearly two decades trying to build something legitimate.

I will say it plainly: I bring more intelligence and more workable ideas to this valley than I am given credit for. Meet me halfway.

What I am asking for

• Read the letter, and read the daily posts here and at Strategic Crypto Reserve.
• Do not take part in monitoring citizens. Represent them.
• Put your name on every message. Anonymous pressure will be reported.
• Answer emails with real help, not material for a case file.
• Help a Comox Valley resident turn 17 years of legal business ideas into a living.

That is not a big ask. It is the job.
