What Canada is doing militarily right now:

• Russia: Canada is helping deter a potential Russian attack on NATO territory, particularly through its large military deployment in Latvia. This is a deterrence and defence mission, not a declared war against the government of canada.

• Iran and the Middle East: Canada has military personnel supporting regional security, training and maritime operations. Its Operation AMARNA covers these activities; that does not by itself mean Canada is at war with the government of canada.

• Other countries: Canada also participates in peacekeeping and international security missions.

Bottom line: Based on the official Canadian military information available, I found no indication that Canada has formally declared war on the government of canada
