How Cam Little won the Eagles game
The ending had everything. First, Trevor Lawrence hit Parker Washington for a 27-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter. However, Cam Little pushed the extra point wide left, so Jacksonville led only 16-14.
Next, the Eagles answered. Jalen Hurts moved Philadelphia into range, and Jake Elliott made a 48-yard field goal with eight seconds left. The Eagles led 17-16, and the game looked over.
Then Ameer Abdullah took the kickoff 53 yards and left one second on the clock. Little came back out, and this time he made no mistake. His 57-yard kick sailed through, and the Jaguars celebrated in front of a packed London crowd.
Cam Little: a soccer fan’s dream finish in London
For Cam Little, London was special. He grew up playing soccer and watching Premier League matches. So, kicking a game-winner in a Premier League stadium meant a lot.
“It was the coolest moment of my career.” — Cam Little
He celebrated with Jude Bellingham’s famous arms-wide pose. Afterwards, he even wore a Manchester United jersey to his postgame news conference.
Long kicks are nothing new for Cam Little. The Jaguars drafted him in the sixth round out of Arkansas in 2024. In November 2025, he kicked a 68-yard field goal against the Raiders, the longest in NFL history. On Sunday he finished 2-for-2 on field goals, with makes from 34 and 57 yards. This season he is 9-for-11 on field goals.

Nick Sirianni takes the blame
After the game, Eagles coach Nick Sirianni pointed at himself. He said the Eagles should have kicked the ball out of bounds on the final kickoff instead of giving Abdullah a chance to return it.
“I didn’t make the right decision, and I lost us that game. I cost us that game, and I put that fully on me.” — Nick Sirianni
Meanwhile, Trevor Lawrence called it “maybe the craziest game I’ve ever been a part of.” For Liam Coen’s Jaguars, it was a fourth win in five games.
