Punxsutawney, Groundhog Day

Punxsutawney Groundhog Day
What day is Punxsutawney Phil checking his shadow. Feb, 2nd 2016

We are getting really close to Groundhog Day which takes place tonight or technically tomorrow in real time.  Pennsylvania celebrates this auspicious occasion with the popular beaver Punxsutawney Phil.  You might recognize similarities between phil and a woodchuck or beaver.

A famous tourist attraction is Gobblers Knob on 1548 Woodland Ave where most likely hundreds of people will visit February, 2nd 2016 so see the popular creator that looks like a hedgehog.  I wonder if Phil will see his shadow?  Leave a comment and let me know if you think he will or not.  I don’t know about you ladies and gentlemen but I hope it warms up around here.  What day is Ground hog Day?
